The affairs of the Chamber is administered by a Committee of the Chamber, with members elected or appointed in compliance with the Chamber Rules.
The Board functions as a sub Committee of the Chamber vested with powers delegated by the Committee.
The Chamber Secretariat headed by a Secretary General who is also its Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board, functions to implement the programmes of the Chamber.
