Sri Lanka signed its first comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Singapore on the 23rd of January 2018. The Agreement provides trade and investment opportunities for the private sector.
The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce is organising a seminar at which the salient features of the FTA and business opportunities/challenges arising from this new trade pact will be discussed.
The seminar will also examine the strategic pathway for Sri Lanka to be a beneficiary of more high-level trade pacts in the world.
This seminar will feature an eminent panel comprising members from the Sri Lanka-Singapore FTA negotiating team and trade experts. The discussions at the seminar will afford you an understanding as to how you can use the FTA to pursue trading opportunities with Singapore.
