| Roberto Inglesi, a Senior Apparel Production Expert will conduct a seminar on
‘PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT THROUGH STREAM PRODUCTION’ organized by The Association for International Standards, (an affiliate of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce), on 6th March, 2010 from 8.30 am - 5.00 pm at the Upper Crystal Room, Taj Samudra.
The STREAM PRODUCTION SYSTEM is a concentrate of different experiences and an amalgam of proven, modern production systems and sewing techniques which has been developing over 3 decades across 11 countries according to the exigency of the industry in terms of ‘Cost reduction and efficiency improvement’. Mr. Inglesi, who has over 39 years of experience in the Garment Industry, in more than 10 countries, has been a Technical Advisor for a total of 14 projects. He has also worked for ITC as a Senior Specialist Product Development and Systems Consultant. Madura, EAM Lanka Maliban Textiles and Pokarna Ltd in Hyderabad are a few companies he has provided his remarkable consultancy. A Gold and Silver Medalist in Time and Methods Analysis, he began his career as an apprentice cutter with Roberto Cavalli and nurtured into a Consultant through his observations and experience. A Member of ANTIA (Associazione Italiana Tecnici abbigliamento) since 1970, Mr. Inglesi has conducted many workshops across the world.
