Chamber Quality Policy
"Get it right first time, on time, every time and strive for continuous improvement"
ISO 9001
The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce maintained its Quality Assurance Certification following the 12th surveillance of its Quality Management Systems, assessed and registered by Moody International Certification Ltd. of the United Kingdom against the Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001 (2000 Revision).
The Chamber continued to maintain the highest standards in quality assurance and there were no non-conformances and consequently, no corrective action requests made by the Auditor in his report.
To demonstrate the Chamber's commitment to strive for continuous improvement, the Chamber now maintains registration of assessed quality capability under the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 which is now being adapted since September 2001.
The scope of registration specifies requirements for a quality management system and is based on a business management process model.
